It’s cozy without requiring a flannel shirt, decorative hay bale, or trip to a pumpkin patch.
Storage & freshness
For the best flavor and texture:
-
Room temperature: enjoy within 3–5 days of arrival
-
Refrigerated: enjoy within 8–10 days
- Frozen: keep for 3–6 months in the original, unopened heat-sealed package
To thaw, leave the cookie sealed until it reaches room temperature before opening. Each cookie is individually wrapped, so you can defrost one at a time—an impressive display of self-control, should you possess it.
Warm-weather deliveries
Cookies and hot delivery trucks do not always agree on proper texture. If your cookies arrive softer during warm weather, leave them sealed and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before opening.
Once they firm back up, the cookie situation is officially under control.

Handmade, always
Every batch is mixed, portioned, and baked by hand. Small variations in size, shape, color, and the placement of oats, cranberries, and pecans are completely normal. Your cookies are not identical little factory clones—happily, they aren’t.
