Shipping policy
Order processing: All orders are handmade and normally ship within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. Weekends and federal holidays do not count toward processing time.
Shipping carriers and delivery estimates: Orders ship through USPS or UPS. Carrier delivery estimates and tracking information are provided by the selected carrier. Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are not part of the 1–3 business-day processing period.
Tracking: Tracking information is emailed when an order is marked as shipped.
Local pickup: Local pickup is available. Because we do not have a physical retail location, we will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a mutually agreed-upon time and location for the order exchange.
Warm-weather orders: Products containing chocolate may soften or melt in warm temperatures. We do not offer insulation. Expedited shipping is available at checkout; customers concerned about high heat are encouraged to select expedited shipping or delay placing their order until temperatures are more suitable.
Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address corrections cannot be made after an order is placed.
Lost or missing packages: Lost packages, including packages marked as delivered that cannot be located, must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. If the carrier requires additional order details, customers may email us at info@fudgeoffsugar.com.
Damaged packages: Damage occurring during transit must be reported directly to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage in transit. Please retain the order exactly as received and take clear photos of the item and its condition. Follow the carrier’s instructions and documentation requirements for submitting a claim.
